The Castle of Prunetto, one of the symbolic properties of the Alta Langa, is an extraordinary lookout, allowing views from the Ligurian Apennines to Monviso and as far as Mount Rosa. The building, made of local stone in the 13th century with a defensive function, stands in a dominant position and retains all the charm and magic of the Middle Ages. The structure is rectangular in shape, with square turrets and a central keep. The visit, having crossed the small entrance bridge evoking the ancient drawbridge whose traces can still be seen, is a unique opportunity suitable for the whole family to take a real trip back in time! The interactive three-dimensional educational installation will also allow visitors, young and old, to have fun and try their hand at reconstructing the different construction phases of the Castle.
